Forest of Dean

A Certificate of Lawfulness was secured for two dwellings in the Forest of Dean. The houses had prieviously been part of a single dwelling, but Rackham Planning worked in unison with the applicant to provide detailed evidence of why the site was appropriate in its use, enabling the Certificate of Lawfulness to be granted.
