Old Gloucester Road, Frenchay

Outline planning permission was secured for the three large, detached 4/5-bedroom homes at Old Gloucester Road, Frenchay.  The site was located outside of the Frenchay settlement boundary in the Bristol/Bath green belt.  Despite initial concerns from the council that the proposal was inappropriate development in the green belt, we successfully argued that the proposal constituted limited infilling in a village and planning permission was granted at South Gloucestershire Development Management Committee. We also secured permission for the subsequent reserved matters.
