Our Role
Rackham Planning successfully secured permission for the extension of Henbury Lodge Hotel in North West Bristol. The Grade II listed building is situated within a Conservation Area so a detailed review of the scheme was carried out with the project’s architects after the original design was refused. After carefully considering the main issues, consent for the modern garden/function room extension was granted. The images, the extension is contemporary design which compliments the building’s traditional design.
