Our Role
Another recent appeal success was in Easton, Central Bristol. The project involved the conversion of a vacant commercial unit into 8 flats. The appeal was against non-determination, following Bristol City Council’s failure to make a decision. There was also a raft of third parties who raised a number of objections to the scheme. A robust case was presented to the Inspector which resulted in the appeal being allowed and this sustainable location contributing to the wider housing need in the City.
