Rackham Planning successfully secured planning permission at appeal for two dwellings on a backland plot in Shirehampton following Bristol City Council’s failure to make a decision. The appeal was the last piece in the jigsaw of the wider redevelopment of a former row of garages and an undeveloped backland site in this Bristol suburb. The Inspector agreed with our case on issues relating to access and the relationship with existing properties that surrounded the site.
