Our Role
Winterhay Lane is a new residential development in Ilminster, Somerset.
Rackham Planning were instructed by the landowner (Powrmatic Ltd) to secure an outline planning permission for 72 residential dwellings and employment floorspace on this key site in a South Somerset market town. In addition to negotiating a successful planning permission, we also provided advice on a reduced level of S106 contributions.
